General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded via the website www.tgworks.de (hereinafter "we", "us", "our") between us as the provider and our customers (hereinafter "customer", "you").

3. Conclusion of contract
3.1 The presentation of products and services on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to submit an offer.
3.2. The customer makes a binding offer by completing the ordering process and sending the order using the "Buy now" button. We will confirm receipt of the offer immediately by email. A contract is only concluded with our express acceptance of the offer, which occurs by another email or delivery of the goods.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1. All prices quoted are final prices and include VAT.
4.2. The customer can choose between the payment methods offered. Payment is made immediately after conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Delivery and Shipping
5.1. Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
5.2. The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days, unless otherwise stated. We accept no liability for delivery delays that are not our responsibility (e.g. in the event of force majeure or unforeseeable events).
6. Right of withdrawal
6.1. Customers have the right to withdraw their contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by him takes possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail or post) of his decision to withdraw from the contract.

7. Warranty
7.1 The statutory warranty rights apply.
7.2. If the delivered goods are defective, the customer can request repair or replacement delivery at his own discretion. If repair or replacement delivery is not possible or fails, the customer can reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.
8. Liability
8.1 We are liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.
9. Data Protection
9.1. The protection of the customer's personal data is important to us. Information on how we handle the customer's data can be found in our privacy policy.
10. Final provisions
10.1. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
10.2. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. The invalid provision shall be replaced by one that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
